Philosophy
Sarah has spent her career inside the world of high-profile private clients, becoming COO of a multi-family office before founding Lamaison Management, and going on to work closely with high-profile founders, entrepreneurs and UHNW individuals across lifestyle, property and personal operations. She has navigated the complexity, the pace and the standards of this world from the inside.
Alongside this, Sarah has worked closely with start-ups and founders at the operational level, building systems, supporting growth and bringing the same rigorous, detail-driven approach to businesses as she does to private lives.
It is this operational foundation, co-pilot presence and co-owning decisions that sets Lamaison Management apart.
